There are a lot of brokers who do not employ claims personnel and therefore outsource their claims to third-party companies or simply obtain documents from their clients and forward them on to insurers and act as nothing more than a post box.
However, we have our own in-house claims team within M & C Risk Solutions meaning we are on hand to assist from the initial notification along with the ongoing coordination and ultimately the final conclusion of any claim that may arise.
